AYURVEDA DIETARY AND LIFESTYLE CONSIDERATIONS 

As a result of our consultation you will be provided with a plan to implement gradually into your daily life. (1 hour)

A range of asanas to check your flexibility, strengths and weaknesses. (1 hour)

YOGA ASANA THERAPY PROGRAM INSTRUCTION
