Recommendations prior to coming for your session:-
Ensure to hydrate with water and wear comfortable clothes. Likewise refrain from eating heavy foods. Alcohol or coffee should be avoided for at least 1-2 hours before. You will finish each practice balanced, centred and calm. Besides your energy will feel grounded and your heart soothed. In addition your mind will be spacious. By combining Yoga and Ayurveda your health & wellbeing will improve.
